BOULDER HEALTH AND MEDICAL PARTNERSHIP (HAMR) HEALTHCARE COALITION CHAPTER
The Boulder Health and Medical Response (HAMR) Healthcare Coalition, serving Boulder County, dates back to 2002. In its early years, the group functioned as a weapons of mass destruction (WMD) committee. Then, in 2007, the scope of the coalition was expanded and became known as the Boulder Health and Medical Response Partnership.
Over the last 16 years, the chapter has conducted numerous complex exercises, developed multiple plans, guidance documents, and has been successful at integrating into the larger emergency management system within Boulder County as well as the State of Colorado.
The Boulder HAMR Chapter currently meets every other month at various member locations throughout Boulder County.

METRO HIGH PLAINS HEALTHCARE COALITION CHAPTER
The Metro High Plains Healthcare Coalition Chapter exists to support and advance health and medical preparedness, response, and recovery in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert Counties. Originating in 2007, the members consist of hospitals, coroners, behavioral health, first responders, emergency management, community clinics, volunteer groups, public health partners, and other key community members. The chapter places an emphasis on networking, planning, training, and exercising to create a more robust response infrastructure for those impacted by the health and medical component of an incident.
On an ongoing basis, the Metro High Plains Chapter looks to the coalition as a whole to determine additional gaps in emergency preparedness and response efforts and works to find the most effective and efficient ways to meet those needs.
This chapter meets quarterly at locations throughout the member counties.
